The founder of Alphabète Learning Center, Dr. Oueini has created a vital resource for psychoeducational assessment, counseling, and intervention. His dedication to this mission is built upon a strong academic foundation, including multiple master's degrees and a doctorate in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University, New York.
Dr. Oueini's influence extends to his extensive publications, which include school books and articles in international journals. His work addresses pressing educational and psychological topics, from the impact of stress on students to fostering literacy in Arabic. Furthermore, he is a consummate trainer, equipping teachers with practical strategies in areas like behavior management, instructional techniques, and character education. Dr. Oueini's specialized certifications in Simultaneous Multisensory Teaching and the Dunn & Dunn Learning Style Model underscore his dedication to effective, individualized learning approaches.

I teach teacher training, counseling and special education courses.
I conduct research on learning disabilities, dyslexia in Arabic, language development, learning style, cognitive training, assessment, and so forth.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Department, from course management, to conflict resolution, and from faculty evaluation to faculty recruitment
Responsible for providing a vision and direction for the of the newly established Department of Education
Write proposals, chair meetings, and represent the Department in various on-campus and off-campus functions
Participate in the accrediation process for NEASC
