Learning disabilities can significantly hinder academic progress due to difficulties in acquiring fundamental skills and processing information. These challenges often extend beyond the classroom, impacting memory, self-esteem, and confidence, potentially leading to anxiety and frustration.
In the long term, learning disabilities may have professional implications therefore limiting career options.
However, with our appropriate support, interventions, and understanding, individuals with learning disabilities can learn strategies to overcome many of these challenges and lead fulfilling lives.
